Born in Anápolis, Goiás, Brazil, Flavia Portal moved to the United States with her family as a teenager, beginning her journey in Massachusetts. While attending college, she entered the mortgage industry with a passion for helping the Latino community navigate homeownership and financing in the United States.

With more than 26 years of experience, Flavia has built a distinguished career across multiple channels of the mortgage industry. Her background includes retail lending as a Mortgage Loan Originator and wholesale lending as an Account Executive, giving her a unique perspective on both the origination and lending sides of the business. This combination of experience has given Flavia an extensive understanding of mortgage products, underwriting, lending strategies, and the complexities of structuring financing for a wide range of borrowers.
